We recently had windows installed on our home at ####. I
wanted to comment on the work that was done. When we don’t like
the workmanship we believe that owner needs to be aware of it.
Therefore when we are happy with the job, the owner should be
aware of that too.

We are very particular, especially since these windows are
going to be here for a long time, so we wanted to be sure that
everything was done well. There were several things that we
asked Jeff to do and he was very gracious about it. He and his
helper worked in a professional manner and we were very
impressed with his workmanship. He did an expecially lovely job
on the corner window in the kitchen. We would be pleased to
recommend your company.

There is still one lock on our bedroom window that does not
work and Jeff said he would bring us another as well as some
plastic inserts for the large windows.

Dear Greg,

Several times each week I mean to call to say thank-you. Long
overdue, but here it is – “thank-you!” Several months ago you
came by my home to look at upstairs leaking windows. (My
husband is the violinmaker with alzheimers.) You had your son
come by to repair them. We’ve had many windy storms since then,
and no leaks! So again, thank-you both, and a very happy New
Year.
